Statutory Rights / Returns and Refunds
Velvet Bobbin adheres to your statutory right of a 14-day "cooling off" period on online purchases and returns of your item, providing it has not been used and is in its original packaging.
Exclusions:
Bespoke items like, but not limited to, alterations, patterns drafted to your measurements, PDF patterns, and general download items.
Refunds will only be issued after the inspection of your return. Refunds will be returned to your original payment method or as store credit (gift card). Velvet Bobbin reserves the right to withhold or void refunds if the item is not returned in unused condition and in its original packaging.
